About Me

Hi! My name is Cindi and I am a Family Child Care Provider in Severn, MD. I have been married to my husband, Scott, for 28 years. I first became licensed in 1989, when my own children were young. Now they are 25 and 27 and out of the house, but the Child Care children keep me busy! We also have 2 cats and 2 small dogs to keep us busy when the kids aren't here!

Philosophy

Children learn through play. I provide materials and activities to encourage and facilitate this process. I provide them time to explore and the opportunity to express themselves creatively. I strive to help each child learn about themselves, develop a good self-concept, learn to express their feelings, and learn to co-operate with others.
